When will I get billed?
Because we want everyone in our journaling club to receive their prompts within the same month, everyone is charged on the 10th of every month after initial sign up.
Here’s how initial sign-up works:
- Sign up before the 10th of the month: You’ll receive this month’s mail, and your subscription charge will be scheduled for the 10th. Your next subscription payment will then happen on the 10th of the following month.
- Sign up between the 10th and 20th: You’ll still receive this month’s mail, but your subscription will be charged immediately. After that, your subscription will renew on the 10th of next month.
- Sign up after the 20th: You will be signed up to receive next month's mail, and your subscription charge will be processed on the 10th of the following month.
From there on, your subscription renews automatically on the 10th of every month, making it easy to receive and enjoy your journaling prompts each month. You’ll also have the flexibility to pause or skip a month whenever you need.
When will I get my mail?
We are based in the United States and send mail traditionally, through USPS. The time that it arrives to you will depend on your location.
Domestic: 2-7 business days
International: 7-21 business days
International orders are mailed first on the week of the 15th and Domestic orders are mailed on the week of the 25th for everyone to get their prompts within the same month.
Why is the international subscription more expensive?
We mail from the United States and Global postage costs $1 more. TGP does not pocket any of this money, so the extra cost would go directly towards supporting the USPS.
Is it worth the money?
Pricing for The Guided Post is based on the average cost of other mail clubs, but we go a step further. Each month’s mail includes more material, thoughtfully researched prompts, and carefully hand-assembled items, all designed to help you deepen your journaling practice. Think of it as a small investment in your mental well-being, delivered straight to your door.
